Deckenkonstruktion - Doppelkegel BMW Welt
Die neue BMW-Welt hat faszinierend viele Gesichter. Nach einem Fotowalk vor kurzem (Fensterputzer, Zwei Architekturwelten, Reflektionen, Vierzylinder, Museum) habe ich mich nun zur Blauen Stunde dorthin auf den Weg gemacht. Leider wurde die Außenbeleuchtung nicht eingeschaltet, so dass ich andere Motive gesucht habe, wie dieses hier – der Blick im Doppelkegel senkrecht nach oben an die Decke, die aus Dreicken als Kugelform nach unten in den Doppelkegel hineinhängt und einen bemerkenswerten Kontrast in Form und Farbe zur Außenkonstruktion bildet.
Die BMW-Welt wurde nach den Plänen des international tätigen und avantgardistischen Architekturbüros Coop Himmelb(l)au errichtet. Zentrales Element ist der Doppelkegel, an dem das Dach wie eine Wolke hängt.
The new BMW World has a fascinating amount of different faces. After a photo walk recently ( Window Cleaner, Two architectural worlds, Reflections, Four-Cylinder, Museum) I started a new one right to the blue hour. Regattably BMW didn’t switch the exterior light on, so that I had to look for other motifs like this one – the double cone (the main architectural highlight of the BMW world). The view is directed to the top where the ceiling exists of a bowl formed by triangles, hanging down into the double cone. It creates a noteworthy contrast with its color and construction to the structural steelwork.
The BMW World was raised on the plans of the international and avant-garde architect’s office Coop Himmelb(l)a. The central element is the double cone where the roof adhered like a cloud.
